Products purchased on GOUVAU.COM are sold directly by Gouverneur Audigier SAS, registered with RCS of Lons –le- Saunier under the VAT number FR25647150119
Gouverneur Audigier puts on sale on GOUVAU.com products, and practices its own e-commerce activity exclusively towards the end consumer and all moral persons who operate an activity linked to either optical, fashion, or design domains. By "endconsumer" is designated as any individual who works for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity eventually performed. If you're not a "end consumer", we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on GOUVAU.com Given the trade policy described above, Gouverneur Audigier reserves the right to not respond to orders from anyone who is not a " end consumer" , or to orders which arenon-compliant with its commercial policy as defined herein.
The terms and conditions may be amended at any time taking into consideration possible normative changes. The new terms and conditions will apply at the date of their publication on GOUVAU.com.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, but excluding processing and shipping fees.
1.2 - For orders to countries other than metropolitane France, you are the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price will be calculated, excluding taxes, automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or State taxes are likely to be required. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of GOUVAU.COM They are your responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise that you enquire about these issues with your local authorities.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - GOUVAU.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of the order entry and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
By confirming your online order, you agree unconditionally and you commit to respect, in the relations with GOUVAU.COM, these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with the terms indicated in these Terms & Conditions, please do not confirm your order form for the purchase ofproducts on GOUVAU.COM. By submitting your order form, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of available stocks. Errors may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the case of unavailability ofa product after placing your order, we willcontact you and inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
When a product is no longer available, it appears as "SOLD OUT" and therefore is not impossible toorder. However, if the product in question becomesavailable on the site, again, you can be informed by email.
GOUVAU.COM cannot be held liable in case of shortage or unavailability of a product.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER COMPLETION
At any time, you can:
Add products by clicking on "Add to basket"
View the products selected by clicking on "basket"
Change your selection by clicking "Update" or by adjusting the amounts as necessary.
For each product selected on the GOUVAU.COM site, a summary page will appear, showing the photograph of the item, its color and reference, the quantity selected, its unit price and total price of your order. You should check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.
If all efforts are made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products whose photos are posted on the website GOUVAU.COM be accurate to the original products, variations may occur, particularly because of the limitation of the color rendering of computer equipment. Thus, GOUVAU.COM cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphical representations of products appearing on the GOUVAU.COM site.
For questions concerning products, you can of course contact the Customer Service.
Any order placed over the Internet requires that you provide accurate and complete information. The information requested will include: title, name, phone, email address, billing and delivery address.
Once completed, your order is directly transmitted for processing.
To modify or cancel an order, you will need to contact Customer Service, either by phone or by email.
GOUVAU.COM reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order, or if GOUVAU.COM reasonably believes that a client has violated these Terms and Conditions, or any other legitimate reason.
A summary of your order will be sent by email. The confirmation of your order will contain the description/title of products ordered, quantity, price and the amount of shipping costs.
You can create an account to save your billing and delivery information for your order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to keep these confidential identifiers and never disclose them to third parties. Accordingly, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed of your doing. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password, you agree to immediately inform GOUVAU.COM.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process.
For shipments, GOUVAU.COM uses the services of DPD.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you finalize your shopping cart and will appear in the total amount. The amount is defined by the products from your order, the delivery area and the selected service (carrier).
When merchandize is ready for shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number, by email. This number will allow you to track your shipment from beginning to end by entering it on the appropriate websiteof the selected carrier.
Any customs and/or other fees of the country of destination shall be paid by the recipient.
Any failure or delay in delivery exceeding 8 days must be reported to our Customer Service either by email or telephone.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible, on the delivery order and under forms of handwritten reserves accompanied with your signature any anomalies (open package, damaged product …)
You must then contact Customer Service, either by phone or email.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
You can choose between the following methods of payment:

ARTICLE 7: RETURN / EXCHANGE
Gouverneur Audigier is committed to providing you with high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, GOUVAU.COM agrees to exchange it or reimburse you. You have a period of 14 days, from the date of reception, to return the products.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Shipping and return fees will be at your expense.
• Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned as such and at your expense.
• Packages returned unidentified can be returned to the sender.
• Promotional products can not be exchanged or refunded.
To proceed with merchandise returns, please follow the steps below :
1. Access the "Orders History" section
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s). Add an explanation, in order for ourteam to understand why you want to return this product.
4. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip", and a request will besent to GOUVAU.COM
5. Once the return is accepted by GOUVAU.COM, an email will be sent to you with a return file. This file has to be printed and placed in the parcel.
6. The parcel has to be returned to the following address at your ownexpense:

7. Once GOUVAU.COM has received the parcel, a credit note or reimbursementwill be sent to you by email
8. The credit note will generate a discount code to use on your next purchase. You will find the discount code in your « Vouchers »

This contract is signed in the English language and subject to French law. In case of legal dispute, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
